Acerinox acquires Yick Hoe, Malaysia

Acerinox, S.A. has acquired the 100% share capital of YICK HOE METALS, SDN. BHD. in Malaysia.
Yick hoe Metals is a stainless steel trading company located in Malaysia, which has a service centre in Johor Bahru and facilities in Kuala Lumpur and Penang.
Yick Hoe Metals, with 230 employees, is the biggest stainless steel trading company in Malaysia, with a great setting up in this country and a wide customers network, which covers the whole country.
Acerinox, already holding 25% of the company for years, has completed the acquisition of 100% of the share capital, as a part of its strategy for consolidating its presence in the Asian markets, which also involves the construction of a new stainless steel factory in Johor Bahru (Malaysia).
