Barrett Steel’s strip and alloys business has made the move into its own independent, larger premises of 20,000 sq ft to provide its customers with greater stockholdings and faster metals processing. The  steel supplier’s move has created a more streamlined service for customers, allowing stock items to be picked and packed within one hour from order. New racking is capable of holding more than 1000 tonnes of material, and entire bays are dedicated to different material grades for quality purposes.
