Andritz acquires Soutec AG

International technology Group Andritz has acquired Soutec AG, based in Neftenbach, Switzerland, including its subsidiaries in China and the USA, from VTC Industrieholding, Germany. The company has around 90 employees and generates annual sales of approximately 30 MEUR. It was agreed not to disclose the purchase price. |
