Advertising copy dates
Journal frequency: Six times a year - 10th of February, April, June, August, October, December
Advertisement copy date (display):
15th of January, March, May, July, September, November for each following month.
Cancellation:
8 weeks preceding copy date.
Classified advertisements:
10th of January, March etc, etc.
Copy requirements
Offset film positives, right-reading, emulsion side down, plus proof(s) for mono, 2-or 3-colour copy.
Full colour: Offset film positives, colour separated, right-reading, emulsion side down, plus progressive proofs. CMYK PDF's are also acceptable
Inserts: Loose inserts accepted, must be within A4 size. Bound-in inserts only accepted after special arrangements have been agreed.
Charges will be made for any extra copy, typesetting, artwork, re-touching, changes to offset film, extra film, negative duplication, colour separation, half-tones or line work, or any other process works required by advertisers.
