Foundation
Stainless Steel Industry was first published in 1973, since when it has developed to the point where it is recognised as 'The' magazine for the European stainless steel Industry.

Readership
Current readership is in excess of 6,000. Most of the readership is at a level of higher management - directors, works managers etc - but it should be stressed that Stainless Steel Industry is not a 'learned journal'. It is not the publications role to instruct its readers, but to inform them of changes and developments in their market place.

Topics covered...
All aspects of stainless steel are encompassed - from production through stockholding and supply to fabricators, manufacturers and end users. The journal covers a wide variety of industry related topics, publishing features and news items on companies, individuals, new products and technical development.

Publishing info
The printed magazine is published six times a year and is the official magazine of the British Stainless Steel Association.
